Training, Awareness & Education Record As per the Operators/Businesss procedure, this induction is to be completed for the purposes of all persons who controls or directly influences the accreditation. It is to be reviewed as part of the monthly/annual reporting process and is to be updated accordingly. It is to be updated on any occasion that training is completed. Information is to be recorded in the training matrix. All provided information will be maintained to comply with the Privacy Policy and archived when not required.
