Confidential Field

The Confidential Field Setting lets you restrict who can see the answer an inductee submits for a specific Form Field. This is useful for sensitive information - such as bank or medical details - that should only be reviewed by admins, while still letting supervisors confirm that the information was provided.

Once a field is marked confidential:

Inductees see a red icon next to the field so the know their response will be kept confidential.

Admins can view the full submitted answer.

Supervisors can see the field name and whether an answer was provided, but the answer itself is hidden from their view.

Mark a field Confidential in the form Builder

Open the relevant from in the Form Builder.
Locate the field you want to protect, then click the gear icon next to that field.

In the field settings panel, select the confidential checkbox.
Click save to apply the setting.

Enter in the steps you want per induction type
Upload or create content per step
Create notifications
Link to your portal from your website
Tell your users to register
