Within Work Sign there is two methods to blocking visitors from signing in.
This function prevents visitors from signing in for reasons established by an admin.
The first method in which this can be done is via “block rules”, see below for your reference.
Dashboard > Sign in / Sign out > Sign in Content > Block Rules > Select & Update
The second block method is via “Pre-screening Options”, by selecting this admins are able to block visitors from signing in if they do not meet pre-screening requirements. Block rules can be on basis on a prescreened response selection only if enabled.
